Very disappointed with this eyeliner. Does not last all day. Each time I have applied to the top eyelash line, by the end of the day it was smudged on under eye area.

Stay Perfect... really!!.. This eyes pencil did not work for me, there's was no definition at all!!!.... It worked better on the back of my hand!!!.... Not Happy with this product!!.... :-(

Thank goodness - having read the reviews I realise it isn't just me who thinks this product is different. I've tried everything to get the pencils to smudge as the old ones did. The ladies in my local Boots changed one but it was no better. They suggested warming it, sharpening it and wiping it on a tissue before use. The pencils are now in the waste bin!!!!!

I used to use this No7 eyeliner when it had a gold lid. It was brilliant. This new one is absolute rubbish. I bought it only 2 weeks ago and due to constantly needing sharpening, is almost finished. It does not glide on like the previous one and doesn't give a clean line. I shan't be buying another one!! I bought a cheap £1 eyeliner the other day and it's fantastic. Come on No7, get your act in gear!!!

This is the best eyeliner I've ever used,and I'm 47,it glides across your eyes lovely and precise,I bought this in black and navy and I will be using no7 from now on.

I had this as a gift on one of boots over 60s days. Saw the comments about sharpening, I haven't had a problem I use a sharpener from a cosmetic counter and it works love it had the gold colour use it like an eye shadow under my eyeliner..

I have two of these and have only used them a couple of times. I sharpened both yesterday with a good quality sharpener and the ends kept breaking. Attempted again but to no avail., Then the whole middle (coloured part of liner) came out of the casing - on both pencils. Will be returning to store for refund.

I have this in black and purple. I'm quite rubbish when it comes to eye liner. I haven't got a very steady hand and tend to look a bit like a toddler trying her mum's makeup. I liked these pencils. They are very soft and don't tug on your eye lid. They're easily removed but didn't smudge very much throughout the day. I wear contact lenses and have had no issues at all using these. Very pleased and would buy again.

I usually have a love/hate relationship with eyeliner so I am happy that this falls into the love category. I seem to have chronic watery eyes so can find it hard to use a pencil that will last all day. I didn't expect this one too either but looking into the mirror after a full day at work I was pleasantly surprised! The colour is rich and intense which is often stated but hardly ever true. I am now excited to try out other colours.

I have been buying this eye pencil for years and thought prehaps it had been improved, when I saw that it had been re-packaged. However it is awful! Did the makers actually bother to test it? Its is bad as the other reviews say it is. Im now looking elsewhere for an alternative. Such a shame when Ive always been a faithful follower of No 7:-(
