I got this for Christmas and I love it. I really feel like my face is being cleaned more thoroughly than if I just use my hands. I have a few things to say though that you should bear in mind before use: - the batteries that come with it are terrible. I thought mine had broken within two weeks because it suddenly stopped spinning and went really quiet. I put some duracel batteries in and it gave it a whole new lease of life - even more powerful than it was to start with! So if you think yours is broken or it seems to have stopped working, put better batteries in! That might fix it. - I don't recommend using this harshly on spots, if at all. I found that when I have a pimple this almost certainly pops them, and you risk brushing all the gunk across the rest of your face, risking more. I suggest being gentle over pimples or avoiding that area until they have gone away, and definitely clean thoroughly after every use. - it can be a bit drying on skin, especially if you don't use a moisturising cleanser with it. I started out using this morning and night with no 7 radiant results foaming cleanser and my skin felt tight and dry. Now I use it only at night, and I wash my face with my hands in the morning. I also now use cetaphil, which is gentle and moisturising. I recommend using this brush only once a day and with a moisturising wash.

Started out a great product my skin felt amazing! But after only a month it has completely broken! The design seems cheap, and because of this I was so careful to dry the product after every use to stop water getting in to the batteries. For a product that is supposed to be used with water this should be much more water tight. Great product if it actually lasted but rubbish design and not worth the money!

I received this as a birthday present and I’m obsessed with it leaves my skin super smooth. I use it everyday and finish off with a No7 night cream. My only criticism is it could be a little harder on the skin but overall I love it!

Treated myself to this and now I’m glad I did! My skin feels super soft after each use. I just wish it was rechargeable instead of taking batteries.

I haven't owned one of these before, and I really like it. Face feels clean and it has helped with wrinkles! The word of caution, there were news not long ago that using these type of brushes, such as clarisonic may not be good. Apparently, our skin does need certain good bacteria and sweat... so I will use this on a lower setting every evening and fast setting once or twice a month! Still I love this product and it has improved my skin!

Just purchased this brush and I love it.its got 4 stars due to price,i do think it could of come with a second brush maybe slightly less soft.if your worried about sensitive skin you wont be disappointed.

I brought this brush a few months ago as I wanted to deep clean my face! This brush is amazing it has 2 settings and it does the job! My face feels so soft after and you can tell it is working by how dirty the brush head is after!

It’s alright. It’s a facial brush and it cleanses and provides a small level of exfoliation. BUT I am so so so so so unhappy that they changed the brush! The old one was amazing!! I only bought this one because the replacement brush heads Boots came out with don’t fit the original model so I had to buy this new one. I’m not impressed with it because it really does not feel as deep cleansing as the old one.

I bought this on line with replacement heads, all was well until I tried put the new heads on, they don’t fit. There has been a lot of complaints about the replacement heads not fitting, so be aware of this with buying this product.
