Boots.com review This used to be my absolute fav mascara when it was in the red sparkly tube but now it has changed! When buying the new packaging, inside was the old gold sparkly tube masara. I thought it was a mistake so tried to return to store and was advised by the staff that this is in fact correct. The new 'lash impact' mascara, although with the same name, has been changed to the old 'lash impact ultra' mascara. As they still have stock of the gold sparkly tubes they are using these up first! So it's completely different to the original red sparkly tube! Different formula, different wand, so why call it Lash Imapct when it is not?! I gave it a go anyway but I'm not impressed. Throughout the day I would notice black specs under my eyes where the mascara has flaked off with a little panda effect. This never happened with the old formula! I'm gutted as I now need to find a new mascara. Please please please Bring back the original formula / wand!

Boots.com review Absolutely awful product now that the formulation has changed. Doesn't perform anywhere near as it use to. I will be changing to a new brand. I've also found the new facial cleanser that's supposed to remove make-up doesn't remove make-up. After years of being a loyal No7 advocate, I'm now on the lookout for new products from a different cosmetics company.

Boots.com review I’ve been using this mascara for years and have loved loved loved it - honestly never bought another mascara. Then Boots changed it…. For starters the mascara liquid itself seems to have changed as it dries out a lot quicker, and most devastating of all is they’ve changed the shape of the brush. The main reason I used this mascara was the shape of the existing brush! Alas after 20+ years of loyal use of this mascara I’ll now be finding an alternative….

Boots.com review I have been using this mascara for years and up until recently still managed to get the old sparkly tube formula, then had to buy the more up to date one with new packaging. What have you done… the formula has definitely changed. The brush is not the same and the texture is very wet. I had panda eyes after a few hours. Unfortunately I will not be buying No7 mascara again and would rather spend a bit more on a more expensive brand. The packaging is also not great, which I have mentioned before. Not something I get joy from anymore and does not look good in my make up bag. Looks so cheap.

Boots.com review I’m overwhelmed by how good this mascara is. I’m not allergic to it, which is unusual. I rub my eyes during the day, but don’t end up looking like a panda. It’s really good. No clumps on my lashes either
