......smudge, smudge, smudge! Oh No 7 what is going on with your make-up? Base make up such as powders all disappointing, having had to switch to other brands and now your mascara. I had really high hopes for this product - the brush looked ok, the reviews ok. Having tried 3 others in your new range, I was desperate for this to work. And it does, lovely lashes but only after the really wet formula has dried after several minutes. If I look up or down even slightly, I have smudges. I have given up. Please bring back you exceptional definition mascara - it was perfect in every way and I always had compliments. People thought I used a premium brand or had false lashes! So only two stars for wet formula and smudging. If you can stare ahead for five minutes after application, then its great mascara!

This mascara goes on really nicely and makes my lashes look good, but within a few hours it's completely smudged under my eyes. I've never had a mascara that does this as badly as this one does. Such a shame. I tried it several times and it was the same every time. Had to throw it in the bin :(

Really disappointed , mascara went on well but after just a few hours I looked like a panda where it had dropped underneath my eyes. Would not recommend.

i had this mascara for a few months and it was absolutely amazing, just came to repurchase after switching to a new mascara and realising how great this one is and the reviews are awful and it's confused me so much! i didn't necessarily have a problem with smudging but if you do, try some setting spray or hairspray (trust me) on a spoolie after putting the mascara on.

I wish I’d read the reviews on this one before I bought. On application it seems great, but by the time I have got to work and like on the mirror - panda eyes. Such a shame as I like how it goes on and feels, but it just doesn’t live up to expectations. Waste of money

I was impressed how well this performed, Nice amount of natural looking volume without clumping and good lengthening effect too, though I did not see any appreciable curling effect.

Boots.com review Bought and worn 3 times and binned. By the end of the day I look like a panda 🐼 with big black smudges under my eyes. What a disappointment.
