Honestly the consistency of this mascara is so watery it should be and eyeliner once I put it on there is no volume at all it doesn’t even look like I even have mascara on I mean I love no 7 mascaras but why is this one actually so bad I need to get my money back I am so unhappy

I had high hopes of this mascara, but it didn’t live up to ‘intense volume’.  It didn’t provide any volume at all and required several coats to be seen on my eyelashes.  It’s like a very cheap mascara, which it isn’t.  I definitely won’t be buying this again.  I star for it being available in brown, that’s the only positive.

Boots.com review I purchased this as I am generally really impressed with the majority of no7 products, however I think this is not a good product. I find it terrible to get onto the brush, it provides little to no coverage and then pretty much what does come out ends up all under my eye flaky in a matter of hours. Really disappointing.

Boots.com review Great brush, really separates lashes and no clogging. Only place I can get Navy, which really makes lashes stand out. Have used for many years and I would not use anything else. I would highly recommend üòä
