So far so good
I’m a week into using this, so far so good, my skin feels good, I like the roller, it’s cooling on my skin, but I do worry that I might be using it too quickly, only time will tell!

Horrendous reaction
Used this for first time yesterday. My face has swollen, eyelids puffed up, patches of what looks like sunburn on my face. It’s incredibly painful. Taken antihistamines, cold compress, ibuprofen and now hydrocortisone cream. I will be contacting customer services. I’m literally in pain right now

Menopause serum
I have been using this product for a little while now and although the roller is lovely and cooling on the skin I can’t say I’m 10% happy, i haven’t noticed any difference or tightening of the skin, Changed my normal serum to try this but I think I’ll go back to my old one, bit disheartened as I did read feedback and was hoping for better.

Love the serum, hate the packaging
The serum is lovely, it smells nice and I could see the difference in my skin after only a few days use. As others have said, the applicator feels wasteful and it’s tricky to control the amount that comes out each time. I’d prefer the serum in a tube like the other No7 serums.

Hate the applicator!
Like others have said. Nice product but hate the applicator and it feels really wasteful. Why cant you just use a tube like the other serums so can vary how much putting on?

Brilliant
I am loving the menopause skincare range. As I am prone to dry skin anyway as I have eczema I have found this to help as I have really thirsty skin. I use the day cream, serum and night cream and I am happy with them all. I have been using them for approx 4-5months and I will continue to.

Like the product not the applicator
I like the product it has a lovely feel on the skin and smells great! But I don’t like the applicator it’s on a roller and you came easily control how much product you use! I would prefer if you could buy in a normal tube that you can control and see how much product you’re using! The current application means you use more product than you need! It therefore won’t last long

Packaging not great
I do like the product but not the packaging. It’s very difficult to apply the right amount (My Lift and Luminate serum would normally last me about 4 to 5 months and this was all gone into months) and it’s just too much fuss. Once I got down to the last quarter of product it was really difficult to get out, so I ended up having to cut the tube.
