Have you heard of make-up underpainting? It's a really cool technique where you apply a slightly darker shade of foundation or concealer underneath your regular foundation to create more depth and dimension to your face. You'll want to apply it in areas where natural shadows fall, like the hollows of your cheeks, the sides of your nose, and around the perimeter of your face.

This technique is a great alternative to powder contouring if you’re not as confident with blending deeper tones of powder on top of your makeup. It helps to create a more natural-looking shadow, which makes the contour look more three-dimensional and subtle.
