I recently tried this balm from the new good intent range, and it is amazing! It is now a staple of my skincare routine, and I already need another one! It melts SPF and a full face of makeup off really quickly and easily, fully removing all traces of makeup from skin and pores, without needing to use lots of time or product. My skin has been noticeable clearer since using it, and it also smells amazing, with a lovely orange scent! I also love the design of the twist up packaging it is super easy to get the correct amount of product, reducing wasteage whilst also being more hygience compared to using a tub.

I really like the balm itself, it feels very nourishing and has nice texture. However, the packaging is unforgivable in the age of plastic pollution crisis. The twisting function is a completely unnecessary gimmick (a reusable spatula would have been more useful): - If its about hygiene, you end up spreading a lot of the product over the top in an attempt to pick it up anyway - Very hard to turn the top with slippy hands - The volume of product is actually very low, you're paying for the packaging I've taken the item apart specifically to see how much plastic was in it (while retaining the balm).. Please don't buy this is you care for the environment.

This is my favourite cleanser. It’s make my skin softer (not dry). Very easy to use.

I’ve been really excited to try the cleansing balm. The container is interesting with the twist mechanism for the folds of product to come out. More hygienic than an open pot! I love the texture & feel of it on my skin. The balm melts to an oil then goes milky when you add warm water. Sadly my skin isn’t agreeing with it, from experience it’s due to it having perfume in. I’ll wait around for an unfragranced version!

This cleansing balm melts away makeup and leaves my skin feeling clean, soft, and hydrated. It has a lovely texture, doesn’t feel too greasy and is gentle on sensitive skin. I would definitely buy it again.

One of the best makeup removers ever it’s incredibly soft and buttery, melting effortlessly into the skin. It leaves your face feeling amazing, and the scent is absolutely lovely too.

As someone who absolutely HATES taking mascara off at the end of the day , this cleansing balm from No7 has genuinely made it so much easier. it melts my mascara off in seconds without loads of rubbing or scrubbing & leaves my skin feeling super soft afterwards. Definitely becoming a staple in my routine now..

Can’t recommend enough It does exactly what it says, Gets rid of all makeup and leaves the skin feeling so smooth! Lovely scent too 🫰🏻🫶🏻
