love this product leaves skin so soft and cleansed!

I love a balm to remove makeup at night, this is far superior to any I've tried, including elemis. No annoying blurry eyes after and dispenser is fabulous, no more digging fingers into the pot. Will never use a different one now I've discovered this

I love the packaging but the product?! Wasn’t my fave. I didn’t felt that deeply clean my skin.

Overall the product is good, however as other reviews have mentioned, the twisting lid that dispenses the product came apart and then stopped working all together, so I still have half a tub of product left which I can’t get to

The whole inside came away from the casing I then couldn’t use the “shaver” to get the balm out; I contacted boot’s customer service and they never even replied.. very disappointing after sales. Hence the 3 star review.

Boots.com review This is a lovely cleansing balm. Perfect for removing makeup or followed as a cleanser! The clockwise twist was a little strange but I like how hygienic it felt each use. It has a really nice consistency and left my skin feeling soft and clean and not irritated at all, I would definitely get this product again.
