It is a gentle cleanser - it didn't dry out my skin, nor did it make it more greasy so I do think it balanced my skin a little. It removes some make up, but not too much. After rinsing, I felt it left my skin feeling very waxy and do not give that just cleansed feel and did not feel clean. This probably would suit normal/mild combination skin types

Boots.com review I have oily/sensitive skin and I didn’t find this cleanser suitable. It has a slight lather but it didn’t do a good job of removing excess oil on my face at the end of the day. Sometimes I also experienced a slight tingling sensation.

Has a strange consistency initially, but when mixed with water, does provide a small foam. Does leave skin feeling dry after use, so certainly need moisturising products after.
