I liked our easily the serum sunk into my skin. However, I did unfortunately drop the bottle onto a very padded lino, and the top snapped off. This is probably due to the bottle being glass and the top section being plastic. This is my first time at the age of 74 using any kind of serum. I do appreciate it was clumsy of me to drop in the first place but would never have thought it would come apart so easily. I did carry on using it, but it had all gone in a few weeks. I did write to no 7, but there no helpful response.

I was encouraged in store to buy the serum together with the day and night creams. I was keen to get started and used them daily  until the serum bottle was fully empty.  My results were minimal certainly not worth the cost. 

After speaking with the No7 rep and the hard sell including promises that it was the best thing ever created and would definitely work, I have been left quite disappointed. I followed her instructions, the instructions on the packaging and also on the No7 website, but alas I am left with zero change. It does however feel nice going on the skin and leaves no greasy residue, but I cannot see, nor feel that it has improved my skin in any way. I understand it probably won't work for everyone so I am back to the drawing board, but sadly I won't be back to the No7 counter.

This is one of the best products I’ve ever used. My skin feels so good and looks so much better. Thank you Boots

I’m so cross about this product..read the small print because there is 25ml of product in the tin - 25ml - that’s FIVE TEASPOONS!! The tin would hold about 70ml and it’s weighted like it’s full.  The product itself is ok but not exceptional, and I strongly object to such misleading packaging !!

Loved the serum and think its probably working but its too soon to say as the 25ml size lasted less than a month, I'm also using the booster firming serum which is 30 ml and still going strong. I'd expect a serum for this price and size to last a lot longer than a few weeks.
