Subscribed to get this product and I forgot about it completely when it arrived and I wanted to return it unopened as I did not like it at all. Return is let's just say impossible and even if you manage to get a label you have to take the parcel to a post office. Feels like we're in 1990.

Love how my skin feels even after a few hours

Even at the age of 63, my skin has always been overall excellent, although I do have some lines obviously. With the lines in mind I purchased the Day and Night serums. I have not used them heavily. However, my poor skin has become unrecognisable to me, as it is now red, blotchy and now has very uneven and patchy appearance since using these products, so I have decided to stop using them. Both containers are more or less full. No7 would you like me to return them and give me a full refund, or maybe credit note? I doubt it. I am so annoyed, as they will have to go in the bin. It’s an awful product I’m sad to say. So disappointed. Just hope I can get back my clear skin.
