Used this serum for long long time. Like the product but new pump packaging is dreadful. Pump doesn't work properly most of time, cant use all of product in container. Why oh why did it change from easy squeezey tube to this useless bottle! Sorry, not good enough Boots!!

Not sure if it’s particularly this product or the face cream in this range, but, my skin has been one very spotty, dry and looks very red particularly in the morning. I’m so disappointed as this range claims to help dryness, mine is definitely worse and my skin feels tight. I’m left wondering which product I’d be better suited too?
