I got this free on an order recently and was quite excited - always love a new mascara, but was disappointed by this one. I found it left black smudges under my eyes within a few hours of wearing - so have actually thrown this one out. No7 has other mascaras I love so suprised to not like this one

OK mascara but found it smudged onto my skin under my eyes.  Would not get another one.

I expected a better performance from this mascara. Very disappointed with the volume and length.

Awful mascara. Have used No7 for years and tried this new mascara and it was awful, constant smudges the moment you put it on. I really do not recommend. 

Dreadful mascara. Given up on it after a couple of uses as all it does is smudges. Straight in the bin. 

Gives me panda eyes within the hour, very dissaPointed, complete waste of money

I am surprised to read the bad reviews as I am so happy with this mascara. It defines my lashes, and makes them look like I’ve just had a lash lift. Very pleased with my purchase. 

Awful mascara. Usually use Lancôme and wanted to give No7’s a try. It clumps when applying and smudges terribly under the eyes. Wouldn’t recommend. 

So … there was a tiny bit of lift and curl but no more than after using eyelash curlers and my regular telescopic mascara - the BIG disappointment was the black smudges under my bottom lashes after a couple hours wear and I don’t even wear mascara on my lower lashes ! Very unhappy 

I had high hopes for this new product but it was really disappointing!  The brush isn’t great and there’s no instant lift or curl - and it took a lot of effort to add any length or volume to my lashes!
