Boots.com review I was stupidly talked into buying 3 of these mascaras by the staff member in Boots as it would be best value for money (3 for 2 and then use a £5 voucher they had given me to use on No7 purchases over £15). Clearly the staff were doing their best to push the product and sell as many as possible... It worked out to be £6.30 for a mascara which would be a bargain if the mascara was any good!! The mascara does nothing for my lashes in terms of what it says on the tube - curl, lengthen etc. It takes a very long time to actually dry and to top it off, after a few hours of wear it smudges underneath my eyes and underneath my brow bone. I appreciate the mascara isn't waterproof but, it takes very little for it to smudge/run - for instance getting caught in a bit of rain. I have used other brands of mascara that aren't waterproof and have none of these issues. I will be trying to return the 2 tubes that are unopened as I won't be using them as they're a waste of money.

Boots.com review I am very disappointed by this product. Unfortunately I bought two of them, one for my daughter too as was so much advertised in the shop. Apparently, this should be as good as benefit they are real, it's not. I thought it's cheaper, so let's try. Nop...I will definitely come back to benefit one.

Boots.com review The best I can say of this mascara is that it goes on nicely and isn't clumpy. However, there's no lift, no curl, and no more length or volume than you'd get with a mascara half the price. Worst of all is that after a couple of hours I have a distinct band of grey shading under my eyes - most unflattering. I'm very disappointed at having wasted my money as it is, without doubt, the worst mascara I've had in years. Don't waste your money.

Boots.com review This was on offer in my local Boots and they were offering a free gift with it - let’s just say I’m glad the free gift was worth it. I’ve tried pretty much every No. 7 mascara in the hopes of finding a replacement for the Exceptional Definition mascara which was sadly discontinued (despite being the best mascara I’ve ever used!) Sadly this is definitely not a worthy replacement, nor is it even a decent mascara. It does leave lashes defined, but I’d argue that there was no visible lift or curl, and there’s no volume at all. This smudged within minutes of wearing, and by the end of the day was all round my eyes without ever having touched my eyes - it doesn’t stay put on your lashes yet takes at least two goes with eye make up remover to remove it from your skin. The brush is also really disappointing - it’s got really rigid spiked “bristles” which scratch your eyelids whilst applying if you try to get the base of your lashes. Really disappointed with this one. (Please bring back Exceptional Definition!)

Boots.com review I'm huge No7 fan and I always like to try new things. Despite so many negative feedback I've decided to give this new mascara a go. What a disappointment! It does absolutely nothing for my fine lashes, even when trying to apply few layers. After only couple of hours in the office, I've already had panda eyes with black smudges all over my eye lids and under my eyes (embarrassing as I don't check my make up every 5 minutes). I would really like to see those 109 women used for consumer study and pictures in different stages. No7 team, huuuuuuge disappointment! Can I please arrange to exchange for something else that I would actually use and enjoy?

Boots.com review Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars, if your going for the “ just got out of bed after a heavy night on the lash look” then this mascara is for you! Panda eyes after short while, and really doesn’t do anything like what it says on tin. Returned and refunded

Boots.com review I've always used No7 mascara and never had any problems but this one in my opinion doesn't do anything it says and spends most of the time smudged on the inside of my glasses. I also seem to be having an allergic reaction to it so have stopped using this mascara.

Boots.com review One of the few times I’ve made a purchase on a whim, without reading the reviews first. More fool me. This is dire. There is absolutely NO difference to lashes using this. It also transfers onto the upper eyelids, literally within half an hour after application and it’s not even summer, when you sweat. Worst I’ve ever used.
