Boots.com review So disappointed in this mascara. It applies really well and the brush is great but it smudges and runs. Within an hour I have panda eyes - I’ve tried setting sprays but it still ends up down my face. Waste of money, wish I could get my money back

Boots.com review I'm not a big fan of any of the No7 mascaras I've tried in the past but I was talked into buying not one but THREE of these new mascaras by the sales staff when they were doing a deal of 3 for £15.90. Big mistake. Supposed to curl, it didn't. Supposedly smudgeproof and no flaking. I looked like a panda by teatime. Absolutely rubbish. I'd given one to my daughter and one to sister-in-law but I'm getting them back and going to try for a refund as not as described. Even the packaging looks really basic.

Boots.com review Very disappointed with this mascara, bought it a few days ago thinking it would make my eyelashes appear thicker and longer. Don't be fooled by the claims! It doesn't make your lashes appear longer or thicker, however after an hour or two it does smudge everywhere and make you look like a panda! Spent most of my time wiping it away, only for it to reappear again. Will be returning it to Boots for a refund! Save your money...don't buy this!

Boots.com review The cashier at Boots Weybridge encouraged me to buy this mascara, which was positioned for marketing purposes (it is a new product) on the counter where I was paying. It is REALLY BAD and I regret listening to the cashier and wasting my money on this product. It is dry, doesn't coat the lashes well, smudges and is all over one of the worst mascaras I have ever bought.

Boots.com review My mum treated me to one of these, mega disappointed how black my under eyes were all day, very embarrassing. Used once and won’t use again.

Boots.com review I am an avid Lancôme & DIOR user of mascara’s but thought I’d give this a go as I do really like some other NO 7 products. All I can say is that this product is awful , the smudging is absolutely dreadful and even after using my Lancôme primer - it’s the same - it just takes a little bit longer for the smudge effect! Boots - this product is really not fit for sale, I’m hoping to receive a refund so would be happy to hear back from you soon please.

Boots.com review Had high hopes due to the advert hypes. Sadly this is the worst mascara I’ve ever tried, & there’s been many in my 50 years. The brush isn’t a great shape & lashes end up just clumping, requires much brushing through to arrange lashes. Horribly the mascara seemed to have migrated to my upper & lower lids within an hour. I cleaned up & reapplied, same result again. Ghastly product No7, try harder, I don’t appreciate playing FAFO with my cash or face.

Boots.com review I’m very disappointed in this Mascara as it all flaked off after a couple of hours leaving it all under my eyes and looking ridiculous. Will not buy again. Have been using No 7 since I was a teenager over 50 years ago and can’t say I’ve bought a Mascara this bad before.

Boots.com review I didn’t need a new mascara but I was taken in by the bold claims - wish I hadn’t been… It really does not make my lashes any longer or fuller and if anything just leaves a bit of a smudgy mess after a couple of hours. Very disappointed with this No7 product and I’m usually a big fan.

Boots.com review I purchased this from my local boots after seeing it advertised as new product. Went on well and was pleased with it but got home the first day and I had horrific panda eyes. The next day, by lunchtime I had the same. After seeing the reviews on here I now know why. I always use no7 mascara and love them all but I would definitely not recommend this one. What a waste of money
