Boots.com review Worst mascara I have ever bought. Looked great when first applied but I was left with black smudges under my eyes within a few hours- by the end of the day total panda eyes. Never had this happen before with any other mascara. Really annoyed because the girl recommended it to me as opposed to the one I normally buy. 100% would not recommend.

Boots.com review Not only does it not live up to its own claims of having the effect of a lash lift, but it smudges terribly. Embarrassingly enough, my first time trying this was a work day and I didn’t realise how terrible I looked until lunch time. Avoid this mascara at all costs! Seeing how spectacularly this failed I now have little faith in No7 products, and will stick to other brands in future.

Boots.com review I have returned this mascara. As advised l spoke to the assistant who informed me that the majority have been returned. I asked why they haven't taken the product off the shelf, apparently it's not smudging for everyone but they are changing the formula. These automated replies are very unprofessional. Not everyone will have time or the inclination to return it. It should be removed from the shelves!!

The brush is SO hard and scratchy it's a really unpleasant sensation when applying. Within a couple of hours I have panda eyes. Dreadful product. Really annoyed as a complete waste of money.
