Boots.com review Feeling validated by the other comments that this is a truly dreadful product. It smudges, the brush is spiky on lower lashes - totally unusable and a waste of money. Store staff were so rude and won't discuss without a receipt. Maybe they need to read the reviews and show some decent customer service by replacing these regardless.

Black smudges under my eyes within 30 mins of applying to the point where I’ve had to just give up on it. Not the cheapest either, so a big waste of money. Really disappointed.

Boots.com review I had really high hopes that this mascara is going to be good. As it’s packaging is very simple and not really appealing but the things it promises to do with your lashes were exactly what I needed. But it didn’t do anything to my lashes. And even after hours of wearing the mascara-it’s still not dry! Smudges badly and made my eyes sore because I wear contact lenses and I feel like it got into my eyes and made them itchy. Would never ever buy it again.

Boots.com review A bought this a couple of weeks ago along with all my skincare and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. From the minute I put it on it continued to smudge the first time I have ever had a problem with NO7 but it is definitely poor quality. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Boots.com review I've bought No 7 forever but this mascara is terrible. It smudges badly and quickly - probably why Boots recommend a primer, and a Lash Perfector to set it. Doesn't even curl the lashes. Wish I'd read the other reviews before buying this.

Boots.com review This is the worst mascara I have ever bought! Smudge panda eyes after an hour. Its absolutely awful. Have to carry a face wipe with me. Really dislike it.
