And now it won't connect at all. I bought 3. Was going to go have 2 and give one to a friend. Unfortunately I will have to return them all.

Boots.com review I have been using this AMAZING product for a few weeks now. I found the tech side easy to navigate and personalised it to meet my requirements. The bracelet sits on the pressure point on your wrist instantly cooling you down and bringing calm and balance once again. There is also a warming feature for colder weather although I don't have to worry about that just at the moment!! I have to say my hot flushes at night have kept me up sleep deprived feeling exhausted along with brain fog. I am using this along with the whole No7 Menopause Skincare Range. The No7 Menopause Skincare Instant Cooling Mist is a game changer. Now I get at least 6 hours sleep and feeling more like myself again. Thank You No7. This innovative beautiful stylish bracelet is AMAZING.

Boots.com review Only used for two nights so far but the cooling wave counteracts my hot flushes that had been waking me up 3/4 times a night. I feel much more rested at work the next day and glad I'm not going through the covers off covers on back to sleep cycle all night. Definitely worth it for me. Xxx

Boots.com review I've been using the Embr Wave for a few weeks now and it's definitely helped me to get a much better nights sleep. It's so easy to set up & use . The app is very straight forward and puts you in control. The instant cooling sensation is a great relief when experiencing sudden hot flushes. While the cool breeze option helped to regulate my temperature while I slept. Overall a great little devise.

Boots.com review I've been wearing this for about 3 weeks and have only taken it off to charge! I was waking up nearly every hour with hot flushes before I got the No7 Embr wave 2. Now I'm getting about 5hrs solid sleep.In the day when I feel a hot flush coming on I press the buttons on the side and the hot flush disappears. I'm feeling more awake in the day. It's has a comfort setting hot flushes setting stress setting and the sleep setting.It helps to relax you when feeling stressedIt's controlled from an app on your phone which is easy to use.

Boots.com review I had the first version of the emberwave a few years ago. It was I great little piece of tech that helped take the edge of the chill of a room and the cooling element was surprisingly effective. I'm sure this new version must have improved and will be looking into getting this one

Since using my Embr Wave Bracelet for three weeks now. I can honestly say that it works. You download the app onto your mobile. You can personalise your own temperature sensation and track your usage & patterns. The cooler is fantastic as you set for 7/8 hours nightly the wave pulses keeps your body temperature cool no more wakening up with night sweats due to a hot flush & an even better sleep. What more do you want.You have two buttons on your Embr Wave set one for cooling blue light appears this helps throughout the day. The warmer has orange light you can also go into settings and dim this.The warmer setting I have tried this when I've been freezing cold in work our out late at night it warms your body up amazingly.

Boots.com review I've been trying the bracelet for a few weeks now I'll be honest it's taken a while to get used to the size and weight of it but the cooling feature out weighs this. It will be interesting to see how the warming feature works with the weather changing. After downloading the app you can alter the temperature to suit you which is great!

Boots.com review I have been using this for just under a week for the cooling effect only and thought an initial review would be good. There are some really good features about this product some that take a little getting used to and some that you need to be aware of.Good Features:- It really does give a cooling effect once you get it situated correctly on your arm it surprised me that it does cool me down given I have bad hot flushes- Its really easy to download the app and connect the bracelet to it- The app has some good features including: different programs (3 minute Hot Flash Relief 10 min cold drink and overnight cooling) the ability to turn down or switch off the light (very useful overnight) and tracking of all your sessions.- The bracelet comes with a small disk like charger which is really easy to use and clear when the charging has finished (green light stops flashing). Charges quite quickly too. Getting used to:- The bracelet is quite big and feels heavy to me but I have not worn a watch for 30 years so it could just be me getting used to it. - The bracelet does need to be quite snug to provide the cooling effect. However I have been wearing this all night for the last few nights without any issues. Be aware of:- The battery life is good but the bracelet itself doesn't have the ability to show you what level it is at. This is available on the app. If you want to run the overnight program that runs for 7 8 or 9 hours you need to make sure it has a high charge level at the start of the night. - The light is bright so switching this to 'Discreet' will mean it does not continuously glow all night which I imagine helps the battery life too. Overall I am going to continue to use this and see how it helps my hot flushes. I am also keen to see how the warming effect works once we get to the colder months.
