I love No 7 products - but this is awful!!. The nib is so hard and scratchy it actually hurts to apply it ! Ive used cheap brands where the nib is soft like a felt tip pen and glides on. This has to go in the bin unfortunatley due to how uncomfortable the nib is !

The tip is so hard almost impossible to draw anything, I purchased a brown colour its so faint hardly see it.

This doesn’t work on middle aged eye lids! It requires quite firm application and ageing eyelids tend to stretch when trying to apply. It doesn’t actually give you much of a line at all. I use the liquid eyeliner but it would be great to have something in between for ageing eyelids!

I've always struggled with eyeliner but I can use a pen!! So this is perfect, so easy to hold and control I have brown for every day and black for going out. I really wish either of my two boots stores stocked it, but I can only get it online. I find myself terrified then so making it!!

Really good eyeliner, love the brown colour. Goes on really well and stays all day.

The eyeliner is awful, the eyeliner does not come out and the nib of the pen is very firm and scratches when trying to apply. I have had cheaper versions which remain in place all day. 

This mascara goes on really nicely and makes my lashes look good, but within a few hours it's completely smudged under my eyes. I've never had a mascara that does this as badly as this one does. Such a shame. I tried it several times and it was the same every time. Had to throw it in the bin :(
