I Love No7 and use the skincare purchased the same time as the mascara every day with great results but this mascara is terrible, it is wet, clumpy and difficult to build up if you have short lashes. Unfortunately I always end up with this on my brow bone and nose with flakes/smudges under eyes as tried to perservere with it to save buying my usual more expensive one.
