Boots.com review I have been using no7 products for the last 35 years and have always been happy, but since they changed the packaging on this mascara it is not good at all it clumps after 2days of opening and dries up very quickly, after 2 weeks I would throw it out, I see in the reviews that I’m not alone with this. I did get a sample of this mascara which was great but on buying it I found that the sample was much better than the one I purchased. Could you please do something to rectify this problem, that other people seem to be having too having too.

Boots.com review I refuse to believe this is the same formulation as that in it's previous packaging. I loved the gold tube version, amazing matte pitch black that created lovey soft wispy lashes. This dosn't have anywhere near the blackness and it's extremely clumpy. The tube also dried out too fast and half the product got wasted.

Boots.com review Considering it says ‘fibre free therefore flake free’ is definitely not the case. This mascara fell out so much even after a few hours. I normally buy No7 dramatic lift but was recommended this as its superior to length. I didn’t actually notice any different except for the mega fall out around my eyes making me look like a panda. Only used twice for this reason and it now sits in my draw. Back to the usual!
