My most recent online purchases of this product have been awful! Clumpy, thick, doesn't coat the lashes, the applicator wand struggles to come out of the bottle. I have been using this product for years and I am so disappointed. However, I purchased one in Boots from a different batch number and it is perfect, as normal. There is an obvious quality issue with a certain batch that needs to be resolved ASAP.

Just opened my new mascara and really disappointed. It doesn’t apply very well and is almost like it’s dried out.
