Boots.com review I’ve used and loved this mascara for 10+ years. It states that the actual mascara hasn’t changed since rebranding but 100% it has! I always buy 3 for 2. The first 3 (since the change) were awful, dry, clumpy and crumbly. Gave it the benefit of the doubt and still bought another 3 which were exactly the same. Complete waste of 6 mascaras and gutted that I now don’t have a trusty, waterproof mascara. Sad to see it go.

Boots.com review I only ever use Estee Lauder or Lancome. Bought this yesterday in large Boots store as had a voucher to use. Mistake number one. Opened it and used this morning. Won't use it again. Difficult to apply. Disappointing wand - too flexible. Cheap plastic. Applied 8am, by 11am was desperate to remove it. I actually couldn't close my eyes or blink comfortably. Steer clear folks and spend your cash more wisely! Terrible product.

Boots.com review Description states formula has not changed. This cannot be true! First time using new rebranded version and it is noticeably different! Goes on clumpy and does not give same finish as old version - waste of £13 in hard times!

Boots.com review I & my two daughters have used the ORIGINAL version of this for many years,it really was the best non clumping effective & long lasting waterproof mascara on the market. The new version is in an unnecessary cardboard package, is in a tacky cheap looking container & the contents are clumpy sticky & a real disappointment . All three of us are searching for an alternative brand. Please return to the original recipe.

Boots.com review Bring back the old mascara it was much better this formula is dry not glossy like the old one, takes 3 coats before you see anything. I know you will say you have not changed it blah blah but somethings changed. New packaging looks cheap much prefer the old style packaging.

Boots.com review When I replenished my mascara (new packaging) I thought I must have got a dud one. It was very, very dry, and did not go on smoothly at all. In short, it was unpleasant to use and I eventually gave up and used the second one I had bought. That's when I realised it wasn't just the packaging that had been changed. I am sorry Boots but this mascara is no longer fit for purpose.
