Boots.com review I have used No7 makeup for 10+ years, and I’ve been using this particular mascara for a long time now. I used to love it, but just recently I have started to dislike it quite a lot! I have noticed that the last few Full 360 Ultra mascaras I have purchased have not lasted more than a few days before clumping up and becoming so thick and sticky that it is difficult to apply! I am not sure if the formula has been changed, but something has definitely changed to make this product one the I will not be buying again!! Such a shame.

Boots.com review Like other reviewers, I find this mascara very wet and gloopy and it takes ages to dry. I wipe the brush on tissue paper before applying which seems crazy but I still end up with lashes that don't look at all natural - just stiff and spiky. I wonder if all No7 mascaras have a similar formula as Lash Impact is also very gloopy. So disappointing as I like the No7 range generally - can anyone advise if there is a non-waterproof mascara in the range that just thickens for a natural look on a woman in her 50s?

Boots.com review I have been a No 7 fan / buyer for nearly 50 years. This is the worst product I have ever bought absolutely clumsy awkward style brush, couldn't even apply to my eyelashes the mascara was so thick . It went straight in the bin. Not happy throwing money away being a pensioner. I will buy my usual No 7 mascara from now onwards. I was keen to try as the very helpful sales assistant said how good it was but was not for me sadly. 0 * rating really for me could only select 1*

It is wet, gloopy goes on in lumps and ends up all over the place DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!!! only gave one star because it would not let me submit this review without one. @Boots can I have my money back please??!!

Boots.com review Saw this mascara advertised on the Boots app and thought I would give it a try as my aged eye lashes need lots of help. First time it was used it went on well apart from being a 'bit wet'. I let it dry and went about my normal day. When I had time to look in a mirror I was horrified at my smudged panda eye look. Had to use much more makeup remover than usual to get it off. I have tried it a few times since and it now goes on in big wet blobs. I wish I hadn't believed the hype and saved my money

Boots.com review You get a lot of mascara on the brush, so goes on quite thick. Good texture and dramatic effect, but I lost a lot of product every time I had to wipe the brush before applying.

Boots.com review Was brought this mascara as a present. Looks lovely on, however, the casing gets messy very quickly and all over your hands. I raised this issue with No 7 but they didn't want to know as I didn't buy it online and didn't have a receipt.
