Boots.com review: I saw all the reviews on here & like many was worried it wasn't as good as before. I did what I recommend to others & that's go to Boots, speak to the staff, get a sample to compare. The lady told me to come back for another skin test if not to find a more suitable one. So, firstly my colour is 'warm beige' & yes it has altered colour slightly with a touch more pink tone. It's so minimal, I popped it on as normal & didn't notice anything different. Secondly, applying it is the same. If anything it's less thick than before & much more like the now discontinued 'Stay Perfect Superlight foundation', which I also still have. This means it's very natural & almost non existent when wearing, which is ideal for my fine lines. I still stayed put after a busy day too & I could see that when I removed my makeup, so it still lasts well for me. I hate change & was glad to read these reviews first. Getting a sample was the best thing though if you can get to a store.

Boots.com review: This has been a foundation I have used for years. I really don't like it anymore and have to agree with the rest. The staying power has greatly reduced. It feels thicker, and I also agree it shows fine line more, making your face look haggered. Out of curiosity, I checked the ingredients of the old box and new, and they have changed. So, this makes perfect sense that the product is different. I will use this until I find an alternative. But I will definitely cease to use in the not so distant future. I would not recommend this anymore. Well done boots, you are losing a lot of customers through this.

Boots.com review: I’ve used Deeply Ivory shade of this foundation for a few years and matching concealer, now the shade isn’t longer available and no staff in Boots can tell me what is the new shade alternative that matches it! I’ve asked in 3 different stores so far and am stuck and rapidly running out

Boots.com review: Have used Stay Perfect in Beige for over 10 years. Disappointed to find the shade has been discontinued. Have been unable to find a suitable shade for me in the range available. As a compromise I’ve ended up with two products to mix. Will not be buying again unless the colour range reverts/improves. The new packaging looks cheap……who thought a white lid on foundation was a good idea? Only plus is that the SPF has increased to 30.

Boots.com review: Have been using Cool Ivory for years and last week bought another in the new packaging. That’s not the only change, the foundation is thicker, doesn’t go on as easy as the usual one and doesn’t last all day. Come on Boots, sort this out and PLEASE can we go back to the original formula because I won’t be buying another of these!

Boots.com review: Fortunately I got a sample after my full coverage matte was discontinued. I was given calico - not a good match at all. Doesn’t cover as well as doesn’t last. Just can’t understand why Boots doesn’t listen to its customers. I’ve given up on No7 for now

Boots.com review: Another loyal customer lost. Following the “update” my colour (beige) is no longer available. I had a colour match and was given cool ivory. The texture is grim and the colour is grim I won’t be buying again. Sorry Boots.

Boots.com review: I have been purchasing the previous version for a number of years, it was my go too foundation, it stayed put all day, great coverage, and felt nice on the skin ( also reasonably priced) I was hoping the negative reviews on here were wrong. Unfortunately I have to agree that the updated version is not for me, the liquid is really thick and feels horrible on the skin, makes lines more pronounced and feels so heavy, the colours are also very different ( and even with the colour match tool I ended up with something completely wrong for my colouring) I couldn't wait to get this off my face. I wish boots took notice of the reviews and revert to the previous formula...

Boots.com review: Have been buying this product for years in the shade that is perfect for me - deeply ivory. Now they no longer stock the colour and the foundation itself is nothing like it used to be (fortunately I was given a tester so didn't waste my money). Please, please, please bring back the good stuff!
