Boots.com review: I purchased this foundation last week. The colours, which have been around for years, have now got new names. When I asked the lady on the No7 counter, she wasn't entirely sure what 'Deeply ivory' is now called and pointed me in the direction of one which was completely a different skin tone! Why oh why you've felt the need to box this foundation in part cardboard and part plastic is beyond be, particularly given the current situation with single use plastic. The change of packaging to white lids give the product a less premium feel also.

Boots.com review: Absolutely love this foundation. I usually buy the matte foundation for my oily skin but felt like something different with a little more coverage. Had my colour matched up in store and honestly love the stuff!! It blends nicely, matches my skin tone perfectly and really does last all day.

Boots.com review: I really like this foundation. It’s good, medium coverage and stays on well. Good value for money too. I would prefer a different dispenser though as the lid does keep coming off and it’s hard to get the last part of the foundation out when it’s nearing it’s end.

Boots.com review: I’ve used this foundation for years (black cap) but since the change to the formula it creates an allergic reaction to the sensitive areas around my eyes. I really needs to find an alternative as can’t use this. Don’t understand why things are always changing. Fine bring new stuff out but please don’t discontinue the tried and tested for those that are happy with your products.

Boots.com review: Far too thin and runny, not good coverage. I used this product years ago and went back to it a couple of months ago and thought it must be that my skin is too greasy. Well now I see all these reviews saying the formula has changed and people agree with me. Boots need to listen to their customers and change the formula back, I can’t use this as it is. Very annoying as this has been a reliable product, now it’s like a tinted sun cream or moisturiser. I’m holding off trying to find another brand to see if boots will change it back, I believe they have listened to customers and changed the Matt version back so please do the same with this! (On a side not my lid has never stayed on properly so I have to keep it in original box when I travel but maybe a one off?)
