Boots.com review: I bought this only because the Stay Perfect compact foundation I have been using for years has been discontinued. The product does not give anywhere near the same amount of coverage. The compact was also handy to keep in my handbag. This product is too big and I wouldn’t trust the poorly fitting lid to stop the foundation leaking in my handbag. I purchase most of my make up from No7, but I’m going to have to look elsewhere for a new foundation. Such a shame.

Boots.com review: I was given a small sample of this to try because I didn’t want to take the risk after so many conflicting reviews. On applying it was fairly evident it was more of a light weight coverage with a somewhat drying effect. What I wasn’t expecting was for my skin to start feeling like it was stinging and a slight reddening of my skin. The shade was great but if a product that you apply to your face isn’t hypoallergenic I wonder what it’s doing on the shop floor to be honest. I thought I would add that I don’t completely understand why a previously popular product would be altered from an SPF 15 to a 30? Baffling. My moisturiser has an SPF and at the end of the day if I want sunscreen I’ll wear a sunscreen….you’d have to use an awful lot of it for it too be truly effective as a sun protection anyway.

Boots.com review: Bought this for years, it was the only foundation that worked with my sensitive and easily irritated skin, it used to stay on all day with good coverage. Sadly since they’ve changed the formula coverage is poor, it feels thin and oily, texture is horrible, slides off my face and rubs off on everything. Awful. No better coverage than from a cheap tinted moisturiser. So disappointing and a real waste of money. My skin looks greasy, patchy and more orange than before despite my matched colour supposedly not changing! Please change it back to the previous formula, this is a total waste of money.

Boots.com review: Have bought stay perfect foundation for a few years after a consultation and skin match.. I’d just like to point out , do people realise that their skin changes, colour, texture etc over time .. it might not just be the product!
