The new line looks tacky and has alienated many loyal customers. I've bought the compact for over 20 years and my mum bought No7 and the compact was excellent. I'm guessing the new line will encourage customers to buy separate foundation, glow creams and powder? I'm afraid based on the stay perfect liquid, and changes to the line which haven't enhanced quality you've lost my brand loyalty and custom. At least until you bring back the Stay perfect foundation compact.
