I got this nail polish in 'Highland Mist' and at £7 it is a little more than I would personally pay for nail polish but its a similar to price to many other high street make up brands, buts its only a bargain £2 with a No7 voucher! It lasts well, the consistency was nice and it was easy to apply as the brush is good. Dries evenly and fairly quickly.

Bought two of these last week and unfortunately I lost my receipt so cannot change them. The brush is so wobbly it make application a nightmare particularly on the toes and applying to right hand.

After reading the reviews of this polish I was a bit skeptical, but I had a £5 No7 voucher so I thought I'd take the plunge, and I am glad I did. Before I start I would like to stress that the people having issues with the nail polish are clearly forgetting something; BASE COAT. Always, always wear a base coat. You don't have to spend a mint on one, the cheap 17 one works wonders (though it doesn't strengthen as it claims to) or if you do want a really good one go OPI which you will find will do wonders for your nail polish lifespan and your nail health. Both will make any nail polish last a very long time and probably pay themselves off as you won't get through your polish as quickly due to reapplications and touch-ups. If you've never tried a base coat, try it once, and I assure you that you'll never go back. Now let's talk about this nail polish. I bought this in vivid violet and the colour is absolutely gorgeous. Furthermore I've been wearing the same polish I was 4 days ago, and the only chip I've had was the result of having a fight with a keyring. Of course, this is with a base coat (the cheap 17 one) I can't speak for how it lasts without, because I never go without one, but after reading the other reviews, I'm assuming not very well. I probably wouldn't spend £7 on it though, but the reason for this is purely because I could get a really special colour for that price or cheaper from other brands, I would probably consider it if I was going somewhere formal, and I will probably use my remaining voucher to buy a red shade - A nice glossy red nail polish is a basic for any girl, after all. It is not really quick drying as it claims, and you need a minimum of 3 coats to get the full hue - this can make it a nightmare to apply if you're in a hurry, you really need to be patient and can't really do much else while waiting for it to dry. On the plus side, I don't think you really need a top coat with this polish as it's super shiny already, and with three coats it doesn't really seem necessary. I would however once more like to stress the importance of a base coat.

I thought I'd try these as I had two £5 off vouchers, so I bought a pink one and a clear one. I'm glad I didn't pay full price because it doesn't last very long at all. The pink looked great when I first put it on but it chipped off SO easily. It didn't even last a quiet night in the pub! The clear version was the same.

The colour "Dollar"is dark green but can appear dark blue in some lights , reminding me of a peacock feather.I had to apply two coats to get a strong colour but it has a nice wide brush making application easy. I ensure the varnish is completely dry as the colour can move, but i think this colour is beautiful!

I bought the "minty fresh" colour. It is a beautiful light blue rather than mint. Since it is very light and very liquid it needs 3 layers to be fully opaque. However, it is super easy to apply thanks to the rounded brush, it dries very quickly and it lasts long. I have applied it 2 days ago. I did houseworks, washed dishes and had showers and it is still almost like when I applied it. I bought the product with the £5 voucher so I paid it only £2.5 and thus I am very happy with it. However, if I had not had the voucher I wouldn't have bought it.

I got this in the colour 'lucky lilac' and it's absolutely perfect for summer! I was looking for a nice pastel colour for summer and with my no7 voucher this seemed like the perfect polish. It only takes 2 coats to get my perfect colour and it's probably good enough with one coat but quite a big downside is the gloopiness of the formula, it took a lot of effort to make sure that the layer was even! (although it was worth it for the colour). Personally I really like the no7 brushes as they're quite thick and you can cover your nail quickly and I'll definitely be buying more colours.

I normally use OPI and Nails Inc which are fantastic and now i finally understand why i pay more for them!. Ive used the cheaper polishes than this and they werent amazing but better than this. I bought the teal and vivid violet because they looked stunning in the bottle and thought they would be good for a decent brand like No7 i was very wrong. The applicator handle is to long and awkward and the bristles were all bitty the laquer itself was horrible it was watery and when applied coated the sides of nail ok and the middle with nothing! applied two coats and just gave up the coverage was the worst iv seen removed it and chucked them in the bin id rather pay more and have excellent quality will recommend OPI and Nails Inc to everybody for just a few pound more!.

I bought this with a £5 off voucher. Lucky I did, because I would've been seriously hacked off if I had paid full price for this. I got Poolside Blue, which is a lovely colour, but thats the only nice thing I can say about it. The application isn't good, this polish manages to be simultaneously thin, streaky, and gloopy. It seems to dry very quicky, but chipped within an hour. I applied it today, went swimming, and after an hour in the pool the polish had literally peeled away from my nails. I currently have 4 and a half painted nails. The quality of this product is absolutely shocking, and I urge you not to waste your money on this, EVEN with a £5 off voucher.

Just bought this nail polish today because I had the No 7 £5 voucher and I am so disappointed! I've had to reapply it multiple times because it keeps chipping really easily and takes forever to dry. ... but the colour is nice, haha!
