The varnish is easy to apply and dries quickly. The colour - Galaxy - has a slightly glittery effect and is very eye catching. However, without the top coat it only lasts for 4-5 days

I have this nail varnish in the shade "Galaxy", which is a lovely, rich purple shade. In the bottle it looks a little warmer, but comes out a bluer purple which I was a little disappointed in originally, however the colour is still nice. I found this took a couple of coats for full coverage and wasn't as shiny as I expected for a gel varnish, however it had a nice smooth consistency and dried with a nice, glossy finish that is wearable without a topcoat. I did find however that without one it chipped quite easily. This is a nice varnish but didn't really live up to my expectations. Unless another shade really catches my eye I doubt I'll repurchase.

I used the Deep Wine Gel-Look Shine nail colour. The application was great and it looked good too!. The colour is very pretty and elegant. I was very impressed with this product. It lasts great and doesn't chip easily, which is a bonus!!.

I love this polish! It's nice and thick so you only need 1 coat and doesn't chip easily. I've got the glittery purple one (probably has a fancy name but I don't know it) so it was perfect for surviving the Xmas and New Year season. I'm going to start building up my collection of colours when I get those £5 off vouchers. Buy it. It's ace.

Very nice product, I like smooth application and lovely shiny effect. It lasts a little bit longer than normal nail varnish but only about a day longer, nothing like real 'gel' nails done in beauty salon. I had Galaxy colour to try and it's a bit too dark for me and I don't like shiny bits in it but will probably try different one.

I feel the item description is misleading as this polish definitely isn't durable, I have found the same to be true with other No7 nail polishes. The polish is nice and easy to apply and has a nice shine once applied, it just won't last you for more than one evening unfortunately.

I had high expectations for this nail varnish but it started to chip within only a few hours of wearing, even with a base & top coat. It has a brilliant brush on it though, application was very simple and one coat had a nice coverage. I have Galaxy according to the label but it's definitely not gold as the colour swatch on this page suggests, it's more like a very shimmery dark plum/purple colour, it's an extremely nice colour.

This is a good polish and is really shiny. I had the purple colour and it was lovely. It is easy to apply and has a nice brush. However, with it saying gel look shine yes it is very shiny but if you have had gel applied to your nails in the past you will know how strong and thick it feels, this is not like that. It is just a nice nail polish.

Nice product, gave a good covering and it wore extremely well. Wasn't particularly mad on the colour though, it came out more purpley than the bottle led me to believe but that doesn't detract from the product's good points.
