The colour, bottle, brush are all fantastic and the polish glides onto the nail. Unfortunately it takes about four coats to give full coverage. I've only tried the pillar box red, so maybe the others are better. I would rather spend a bit more money for a polish I only had to use one or two coats

easy to apply good colour in one coat but better with two it still chips easy but with top coat lasts me 3to4 days which is better than varnishes I have used before

I think this is the best nail varnish I have ever purchased - it glides on easily, dries well and the shine lasts for days - well done No. 7 - a fabulous product.

I bought this in the pink meringue colour. It's very easy to apply and looks great when it's dry, the finish is lovely and shiny and the colour is natural. It's not the most long-lasting varnish, it chips off the end of my nails within a day or so, but because of the colour it's not at all noticeable so I don't mind so much. Will be trying one of the other colours in the future.

Having purchased two of these before and been really pleased with their performance, I purchased another in a beautiful new coral shade called Summer Holiday for my summer holidays. I've got to say that I was extremely disappointed with it! This was much thicker & gloopier than previous ones and having been on my toenails for only 4 days, the sun had virtually stripped out all of the colour and they had become almost white! I always use a base coat and a topcoat so it wasn't down to lack of process in my application. So, I applied another coat of Summer Holiday but again, the colour disappeared after only a few days. The polish itself was very thick and gloopy upon application which meant that the brush left ridge marks in the surface. Due to the consistency, it also took much longer to dry than other varnishes. I've had better performance from much cheaper varnishes and at £7 a pop, this was not cheap and I certainly won't be purchasing anymore. I will be sticking to my Nails Inc and Leighton Denny in future. So, if you're going somewhere hot and sunny, avoid this at all costs unless you want to be painting your nails every five minutes! I've given this one star for its colour as it really is lovely with a tan.

This goes on well with good coverage , and a lovely shiny finish sadly it doesn't last even with top coat and gloves on for washing-up If other reviewers would like to share tips on making it last I'd love to hear them

This is the best nail polish I have ever used! The colour goes on really well, even for me and I'm not the best at nail painting. It stays chip free for ages and has a lovely shine look. I also love the colour range, currently wearing peacock green on fingers and deep wine on my toes! Also a total bargain as were buy one get one half price, but I also had a No 7 voucher for £3 off make up so worked out £7.50 for two!

I am absolutely in love with this product!! It was so easy to apply and using a base and top the nail polish has lasted me up to 2 weeks and I'm sure it would last others more!!!!! I recommend this product to any one who wants a good high quality nail polish with a shiny gel finish! X

Went on well and nice shade range, however once dry did not look gel like and peeled off after a couple of days

Good range of colours and also lasts for a long time before showing signs of wear. Also, noticeably more shiny than some of the other No7 polishes.
