Fantastic mascara if you're prone to it normally smudging throughout the day. Removes easily, as stated, with warm water.

This is the worst No7 mascara I’ve had - difficult to remove then when it does it’s in lumps which are left over your face.

This makes eyelashes feel brittle and heavy and looks very clumpy. Hard to remove and eyelashes now seem to be significantly shorter and finer than they were before. Do not buy!

I bought this on recommendation of the Boots assistant but thankfully only bought one. Although it looks nice when on, it is HORRIBLE to try to remove. Not at all true that it comes off easily with warm water. It isn't easy nor quick but importantly it eventually comes off in clumps, all over eye area, gets in eyes, etc. For this reason, I am throwing it out.

Worst mascara I've ever used. Its clumpy and does not remove easily with just warm water, as advised by the Boots assistant. It leaves black blobs all over the face like as if your eye lashes have fallen out - absolutely horrid, horrid, horrid. Does not come off at all with water, remover, or anything else. Leaves panda eyes, Waste of 13 pounds as I've thrown it away - couldn't use it any longer.

This mascara is nothing like any other mascara! It’s fantastic. If you suffer with panda eyes at the end of the day/evening then this is for you. It doesn’t come off like a traditional mascara. Best removed with a face wash. I would never use another brand now.

I purchased this mascara by mistake, but decided as it was No7, I’m sure it would be good... it is the worst mascara I have ever used. Other reviews are right, it’s clumpy and sticky and looks awful when applied. I threw it away within a week!

I have very oily skin and can not use normal mascaras. This mascara is a tubing mascara and it works very differently to a normal one ! Removing the mascara requires warm water and a gentle rubbing motion to remove the tubes . I have tried so many of the high end tubing mascaras and I always end up back to this one simply because it is the best where staying power is a must ! No flaking , smudging and stays put . As I said I have extremely oily skin and I’m nearly 40 and this product is amazing !!
