I’ve only been using this mascara a couple of days. It goes on and it barely makes an impact. Admittedly it doesn’t smudge all day but then when you try and take it off it clumps like plastic and pulls your eyelashes out! It’s ruined them!

I have been using this forva few years and nothing compares to it. Applies well but can't putvsecond coat on. Stays put all day and easy to remove.

Happy with it even brought another , but find taking it off have black flakes over my face. Do other people have this problem ?

Worst mascara I’ve ever used - like applying concrete. Hard to get off, spidery and crumbly. Threw away after 2 uses. Love No.7 and have used other mascaras for years - never this one.

I hate this mascara. The first coat is so thin that it definitely needs a second, but it's difficult to apply a second coat as the mascara is so hard. It's like trying to draw a hairbrush through really tangled hair and the lashes end up stuck together. Also, when removing it it comes off in big, claggy chunks some of which end up in your eye.

I’ve recommended this to so many people. This product really does have staying power and will only come off with make up remover or I let it come off in the shower gently. No more panda eye, tear proof and sweat proof for sure. The brush doesn’t seem like there is a lot on it when you pull the wand out of the tube but the mascara does coat each and every lash as it brushes through you lovely lashes. Just simply love this product used right and actually washed off correctly.

This is the only mascara that doesn't budge and I've tried lots&lots of expensive/cheaper ones! Top tip, it does dry quick, so apply swiftly and with practice u'll have it dialled in, in no time. I wouldn't use any other!

Pretty rubbish mascara. Doesn't smudge and comes off in fibres but not very effective in lengthening lashes. Minimal effect.

This mascara spreads nice however it clumps together and rather than rub off it peels off, very strange!

The sales assistant recommended this to me. The brush is tiny and seems to be devoid of mascara at all until you apply it, when it comes off randomly in huge clumps that dry instantly. You cannot move the brush through it unless you don't mind pulling your eyelashes out. It is difficult to remove and the more stubborn bits cling and stick to your lashes and eyelids. I have never had a problem with No 7 mascara before, but this has put me off for good.
