This is a really good mascara, does what it says, easy to take off, just warm water - brilliant! What a STUPID STUPID STUPID! brush!! You can barely get anything on and not even possible to put on a second coat. I made do eventually with a disposable brush, but what a hassle for a not so cheap product. So in spite of it being a good mascara, one of the best I have ever used... I will not buy again .

Firstly, this is NOT a luscious look type mascara so if you're after big butterfly effect lashes this is not for you. If like me you are after a mascara that will stay all day or all night regardless of tears or sweating down the gym, swimming or on the bike (or just general overheating) THIS is the product for you! You need just one application. It just never goes anywhere until you hold a warm damp cloth/pad to your eyes either at the sink or in the shower for a few seconds and GENTLY sweep down with your eyes closed, the tubes simply glide off ! However if you scrub at your eyes with a normal wipe etc you will lose some eyelashes! Just be gentle. It's because the product is SO good at staying all day! It can clump if you over use it, but as I said before, this is a one coat type mascara for practical, fuss free women! You can put a different "fan out" mascara on later in the day/night if you require a bigger effect such as a night out or whatever but I never bother, I just use some eyeliner, top up any gaps with this and off I go! But I'm minimalistic with my eyes. A little pricey but it is from a quality brand so it's what I've come to expect with No7.

This mascara promised so much and nearly delivered. It does last, does not smudge and the lashes look great but the problems for me were in the application and removal.you only need one coat or else the formula clumps and the warm water removal, great idea, but takes for ever and you have to be care ]ful you don't pull any lashes out. that said its nice to have a mascara with a decent sized brush,most nowadays are far too large.

For years I have been using YSL Faux Cils mascara with Clarins fix mascara on the top because every mascara I have tried (and there have been many) smudge under my eyes. I've worn this all day, from 6am, & not a smudge in sight. It's brilliant & only made more so because of the price!

Brilliant! this mascara is just what I was searching for for years - it does what it says on the description and looks fabulous!

Disappointed in the volumising effect. More than one coat causes lashes to clump. Ended up with worse smudging after a gym session than traditional volumising mascaras.

I have been looking for a mascara that will not make me look like a raccoon after a few hours. This mascara totally does it! It doesn't smudge or flake at all even when you're at the gym och after a long day. I have even slept with it and your lashes looks just as good as the day before. The mascara spreads the lashes and gives a natural look with long lashes. Finally, you only need warm water to make off the mascara.

This mascara does not apply smoothly, it causes eyelashes to stick together and feels hard and clumpy once dries. Felt uncomfortable wearing it all day. Sticks like glues and lost eyelashes when trying to pull out lumps during the day. Removes fairly easily with water at the end of the day.

I have been looking for a product like this for quite sometime and I have found what I am looking for in this product. Does exactly what it say's on the tin. Please please please don't discontinue this! Vee57

I love this mascara, no flakes or crumbs under my eyes or clumpy eyelashes. Comes off so easily too and yet I can shower or swim in it. Perfect!
