The sales assistant recommended this to me. The brush is tiny and seems to be devoid of mascara at all until you apply it, when it comes off randomly in huge clumps that dry instantly. You cannot move the brush through it unless you don't mind pulling your eyelashes out. It is difficult to remove and the more stubborn bits cling and stick to your lashes and eyelids. I have never had a problem with No 7 mascara before, but this has put me off for good.

This is the only mascara I will use, it makes my lashes look longer without having to worry about my mascara crumbling or transferring onto my eyelids throughout the day as every other mascara does. It's not to everyone's taste as the mascara is to be removed with warm water and comes off in small pieces, however I use the no7 melting gel cleanser at night with a face cloth and this takes all my make up off with no need for cotton wool pads or wipes. I dont look at other mascara as this works so well for me!!

This stuff absolutely stays on & does not smudge I used another 'premium brand' before trying this at 3 times the price but this no.7 stay perfect mascara is now my favourite & I'llonly be buying this from now on. It's a 'tubing' mascara (as was the other brand) & it really does stay put.

I have used this mascara for a few years now . It never smudges or comes off . It comes off easily by just using water , as long as you follow the instructions . Excellent product ... don’t ever stop selling it .

Amazing staying power! I'm a bridal makeup artist and have been using this mascara on all my brides... It really is completely waterproof ... It won't even come off with eyemakeup remover.. Only hot water - so perfect for emotional events like weddings where there will be tears!

Best Mascara I've ever used! long lasting, can literally sleep in it and still looks good in the morning! Washes of with water with no staines. Love it

I replaced No7 Extreme Length Sensitive, unfortunately no longer available, with this item. I do not like this at all. It clumps together, feels brittle and was very difficult to remove, I thought I would lose my eyelashes too. A department store beautician also had difficulty removing it and advised I throw it away. I'd be delighted if the Sensitive option was reinstated.

I have used this for years I have long lashes and my mascara always seems to slip by midday. I have tried what feels like every mascara made, however always return to this. Whilst it does not budge, I just wish that it would lift and fan your lashes more

I have been using this great mascara for a few years now after a No7 advisor recommended it for me. Was looking for something that would stay put in the heat/humidity on holiday and not flake into my contact lenses. It 100% does the job. I do quite a lot of water sports and actually finds it stays put for that too. It doesn't fluff and fan your lashes as much as some other mascaras on the market but if you are looking for a mascara that will stay put definitely give this a go. I sometimes use it as a top coat too over other mascara if I'm after a fuller lash and it seems to work well for that too.
