Having had to return 2 of this product to Boots Sunderland because whatever they were they were not high shine lip gloss. They were thick & not easy to apply. I notified Boots customer service who checked and tlid me that the product had not been changed in anyway so I can only assume these were part of a faulty batch. I then ordered one on line - the actual gloss was good but the applicator was not - I am using an applicator from an old gloss! I have used this product for at least 3 years quite happily but am now looking for a replacement.

Really sticky and really thin and patchy colour. Not great. Have had a lot better for a lot cheaper

found this to be a very dry lip gloss, could hardly get any product on to the applicator.. never mind my lips! colour looks amazing and packaging is nice but no use if you can't get the product out of the container.. sorry would not recommend this product at all.

This is the worst lip gloss I have bought in a long time. I actually thought I had bought the Tester when i first applied it as the brush was so dry. I have tried several times to laden the brush with the gloss but it just doesn't get the coverage of other glosses, even the cheaper ones. The colour on the sample in the shop looked lovely, but it just looks dry and not shiny at all when applied. Very disappointed and wont buy again from this line of glosses. This is unfortunately going in the bin

I've tried a lot of lip glosses and for me this is one of the best. It is plumping and moisturising for my dry lips and stays on until you eat or drink. It is glossy and the sponge applicator delivers just enough. The texture is fine and does not swamp the lips with goo and on application it delivers a surge of moisture. This is for someone older (like me) it has collagen in it which young girls don't need, it also has SPF 15! I only hope that all these negative reviews won't mean that they re-formulate or stop making it.

Colour lasts for a long time. Easy application, good value.

Purchased this recently and could hardly get anything on the wand. Returned to store as I thought it was faulty only to be told that that was how it was supposed to be as it contained collagen and they did not want you to use to much of it. Will not be purchasing again as it is completely useless as it cannot be used unless you have half an hour spare to get enough out to cover lips.

Perfect colour over my lipstick, gives it a gloss finish Nd keeps my lips moist

Don't know how this has an average of 4*. I found it overly sweet with a sticky consistancy, which i dont get with my usual glosses, inferior quality Would not repurchase or recommend
