I usually use a cleansing balm from a prestige brand, but decided to give this NO 7 range a try. The cleansing balm is too oily, but this melting gel is a lovely cleanser. It melts away makeup, and turns to a milky texture when water is introduced. It washes away leaving no residue on the skin, leaving my face feeling clean and fresh. Will definitely buy again!

I have only been using this product for a few days but have noticed a massive difference. I would say I have normal/dry skin. After using this my skin feels so soft and fresh. Great at removing makeup (I sometimes wear quite heavy eye makeup.) My skin hasn’t definitely cleared up as I was suffering with blemishes and spots.

I have been using this every night for a few days now and I love it. I smooth a small amount of cleanser over my face and it dissolves all make up including my waterproof mascara. I gently massage the cleanser on my lashes (keeping my eyes closed) to remove the waterproof mascara. I use a hot cloth to remove the cleanser and it works a treat hat way. My skin feels lovely soft and clean after using the cleanser. It has quite a strong fragrance to which my skin is hasn't reacted thankfully, but I can imagine for some people this might be an issue.

I really like this cleanser, doesn’t dry your skin and cleans well. I find it much better to moisten my skin first as easier to apply also more economical.

I bought this two weeks ago and it's AMAZING!! It's a gel, that when massaged in your face, turns Into an oil and then once splashed with water, turns into a lotion! Magic! Although I have a combination skin this doesn't leave my skin feeling oilier. I always use it dry and double cleanse when using this when I'm taking my makeup off as obviously it takes the first layer off the first time and then cleanses deeper into the skin the second time. I love it. Such a subtle smell too. Beautiful soft feeling afterwards.

Genuinely does get rid of everything and is a lovely texture. Tried it as it came with a gift and immediately bought another tube of it the day after. Would recommend

Love this product, you only need the smallest amount and takes makeup off so quickly! Face feels so clean afterwards.

Only started using this a few weeks ago, but it's now my favourite cleanser. I do use other cleanser methods and wipes if I am away from home, but I prefer a face wash that I can rinse off with water, and love the fact it applies as a gel (and gives me the opportunity to do a mini-facial massage), and turns to a milk rinsing off make up. Skin feels silky, and not dry. No reaction either. I've been getting a rash on my cheek with other cleaners.

I have used this product for years and I recommend it to all my family and friends. It removes makeup so easily but I would say to use it on dry skin as it doesn’t work as well on wet skin.
