Ignore the bad reviews, this cleanser is lovely. Smells good, feels good and leaves my skiN feeling clean but not dry or tight. Will forever buy this cleanser

I have incredibly sensitive skin. Patch tested positive for perfume and nickel allergy a few years ago so lots of products I cant use. I've been using a premium skincare brand for years but thought I'd better try to find something a bit cheaper and actually this is even better. I'm in my 50s and my once greasy skin is now very dry and patchy but this is wonderful. I have no reaction and my skin looks better than it has for years as its beautifully hydrated with this cleanser and a Lift and Luminate moisturiser twice a day. I can honestly say that if you take your skincare seriously this us an excellent, brilliant value product.

I have never bought a cleanser before so I thought I would give it a go. It does remove minimal makeup however I struggled to remove nightwear makeup. It smells amasing and leaves your skin feel so soft. Once washed away it doesnt leave a residue on the skin yet still smells great. I found my skin definelty softened overtime since using it. Would definetly purchase again.

I am always on the look out for gentle cleansers and find them hard to come by. I used to use L'Oreals pink one but it was discontinued and found this was a perfect replacement. It is really gentle and doesn't irritate my skin at all, taking make-up off well.

Ignore all the negative reviews. They are bitter about the old producy being discontinued in my opinion. Works great for me! Recommended

Bought this in a rush, just before my holiday I ran out of my usual Cleanser (Elemis) I popped into Boots and got this. 11 days of wearing makeup everyday (which is something i don't normally do). I used this to remove my make up and generally wash my face, using a face cloth and warm water. Make-up removed perfectly (no residue makeup when I used toner afterwards). My skin is noticeably softer and not a single makeup induced spot whilst i was away!! A definite recommendation from me, first time using No7 in a long time, big thumbs up!

I bought this as the apparently improved replacement to the absolutely excellent pink cleansing lotion, which not only cleansed your face but removed makeup effortlessly. A Boots No 7 fan for years this new product caused an awful skin reaction - a recurrence of eczema - not had it for years, took ages to clear. Nor did it clear makeup quickly or efficiently. Very disappointed. Sorry, Boots - I will be taking up another brand until or unless you bring back the pink formula. Really - why change what works for the sake of it? Bring out a second product but don't replace an excellent one.

I was determined too try this with an open mind as I was so disappointed that Boots are no longer making the excellent pink cleansing milk. Applied carefully and almost immediately my skin felt irritated, tight and burning. Rushed to rinse it off, it didn't help. Had to get up twice in the night to try and rinse it off my face. Took two worried days before skin felt more normal. Has anyone found a good substitute? After all these years why change an excellent product?

I have used the Pink Soft and Smooth for years and was very happy with it so was devastated when I couldn't find it and after searching the store to find someone to ask was told no longer available so I bought this one instead. Which I shall be returning as to my surprise I found it was perfumed and I am allergic to perfume but regardless of this I tried it only to find my face started. stinging and my eyes watered so this is definitely a No No for me. So please do not start adding perfume to any of your other products as I'm not alone in this allergy.

I was disappointed when I went into boots about a month ago to get my usual Pink Cleanser which I normally bought in bottles of 3 at a time, only to be told the product was no longer available! There was a new cleanser and the member of staff let me take some home to try before I bought it. I have got to say it is nowhere near like the pink cleanser which was thick and creamy and was excellent for taking my makeup off and leaving my skin feeling fresh and soft. Why would Boots take an excellent product off the shelves to be replaced by a cream that is nothing like the old one! I will be looking for a new cleanser unfortunately.
