Why have you changed the fitting? My brush is now useless!

I purchased these brush heads in Limerick a month ago for my No7 electronic cleansing brush. They were the only replacement heads on sale so the should fit, right? I just opened them to put them on my electronic cleaner all ready to do a home facial, to find out that they are the completely wrong replacements. There is no way they can fit my No7 electronic cleaner and no alternative replacement heads are available, so now the cleaner is of no value to me.

Been buying these brush heads for my no7 brush for years so hadn’t read reviews before as I know I like and continually use these. Went to change my brush head to find it is a totally different design and does not fit, the old design aren’t sold anymore so I need to invest in a new brush when there is nothing wrong with the one I have. Really disappointed.

The brush heads do fit my radiant results brush, however i got mine as a Christmas present 3 months ago, so i must have the updated one. Nonetheless, i think it's a shame that the old brush heads are no longer sold for those who have an older version, essentially forcing them to purchase a brand new machine when their one works. Also, i bought these brush heads for £8, but now they are £10. Pros: The new brush heads seem super soft - softer than the original one that came with the machine. They also fit my machine fine.

I bought this product and it’s really lovely but when purchasing new brushes I found out that they don’t fit my machine I am so annoyed.

What a shame - have loved my No 7 brush- bought 2 pack of replacement heads and.....they don’t fit -the heads are completely different. My cleansing brush is fine - I don’t want to throw it away - not very green. Come on Boots - get more sustainable!

These do not fit the old brush, the sale assistant assured me they would because they’d been told by Boots they would. I returned them. Just seen the old brush heads are now on sale again but my brush has just stopped working and I would’ve just bought another one if it was still available to buy
