What a shame - have loved my No 7 brush- bought 2 pack of replacement heads and.....they don’t fit -the heads are completely different. My cleansing brush is fine - I don’t want to throw it away - not very green. Come on Boots - get more sustainable!

I bought this product and it’s really lovely but when purchasing new brushes I found out that they don’t fit my machine I am so annoyed.

Do not buy if your brush requires a hole on the back of the head to fit your brush. I bought these because they were the only ones on the entire website so I assumed they would fit. Very annoyed.

These do not fit the old brush, the sale assistant assured me they would because they’d been told by Boots they would. I returned them. Just seen the old brush heads are now on sale again but my brush has just stopped working and I would’ve just bought another one if it was still available to buy

I purchased these brush heads in Limerick a month ago for my No7 electronic cleansing brush. They were the only replacement heads on sale so the should fit, right? I just opened them to put them on my electronic cleaner all ready to do a home facial, to find out that they are the completely wrong replacements. There is no way they can fit my No7 electronic cleaner and no alternative replacement heads are available, so now the cleaner is of no value to me.
