Bit confused by all of the bad reviews but I haven't tried the old formula. This is a rich creamy cleanser which feels very luxurious and I use it either to remove face makeup which it manages to do or I use it as a second cleanse and leave it on my skin for a few minutes whilst massaging it in and then I remove it with a warm muslin cloth. I have really sensitive skin and react to even things such as the body shop aloe range! This hasn't given me any issues whatsoever even from the first few uses. It doesn't give me any breakouts. I'd say I use it about 3 or 4 times a week as it's something I leave on rather than just a quick wash and rinse. I have dry skin and I'm 24

I've been using this for the past year and after years of medicines and different cleansers at the age of 30 this is the only thing that has made my skin clear of spots. Absolutely love it and reccomend to anyone with sensitive spot prone skin.

I have always used liz Earle cleanser in the past but was trying to save a bit of money so decided to try no 7. I can honestly say I prefer it, the texture is thicker and creamier it felt lovely to massage it into my skin. face felt clean and soft afterwards. The cloth could do with being a little bit larger but for the price and size it’s well worth it. A lot of the reviews were quite negative but in my opinion I thought it was great and I have also got a bit more money in my purse!

Both myself and my daughter have found this to transform our skin appearance in just 2 days. It’s got rid of all the small bumps under the skin and cleared our pores leaving both our faces blemish free and smooth. Stock up!!

I recently switched from the Boots beautiful skin hot cloth cleanser to this & found the cleanser to be great, however Boots have practically halved the size of the cloth. So much so that I struggle to wash with it. The cleanser smells lovely & cleans thoroughly but bring back the old cloth & stop cutting corners!

i HAVE USED THIS FOR YEARS AND THE ONLY THING i DON'T LIKE IS THE CONTAINER, IN THE PREVIOUS ONE IT WAS EASY TO SEE HOW MUCH WAS LEFT . OTHERWISE i LOVE IT, AND THE PLUS SIDE IT REMOVES EYE MAKE UP, I HAVE BLEPHARITIS AND THE ADVICE IS DO NOT WEAR MAKE UP!!!! - - I WEAR SHADOW, PENCIL AND MASCARA EVERY DAY AND THE CLEANSER REMOVES EVERY SCRAP, [WHICH TOGETHER WITH A HEAT MASK KEEPS IT UNDER FULL CONTROL
