I too tried to purchase the original hot cloth cleanser and was told it had been replaced. My skin is very sensitive so I asked for a sample which I was kindly given. That evening, I tried the new product and immediately my skin started to sting and feel irritated. I had been using the original hot cloth cleanser for years which I absolutely loved. I really don't know why they have replaced it with a product that not only my own skin can't tolerate but many other reviewers are also experiencing the same or similar problems. Please bring back the old one?!

I cannot believe they have the changed the formula! The Beautiful Skin hot cloth cleanser was amazing, it removed all my makeup, was gentle and left my skin feeling clean and soft. This new formula is not good, why add more unnecessary ingredients that now irritate my skin. Please bring back the old version Boots.

I bought this product to use since I ran out of my Liz earl cleanse and polish to try something new. Have used once and won’t use again. The product is overly thick and fees greasy on the skin. As well as that the cloth which comes with the product is overly ruff to use on the skin daily. Would be good to exfoliate occasionally but not as a cloth to use daily.

I got given the old cleanser as a christmas present a few years back and it cleared my skin up instantly it was amazing! ran out so i decided to buy this as the old one got discontinued, this new cleaner gave me spots and made my skin blochy and itchy i definitely wouldn’t recommend. i’ve seen a few reviews similar to this one and was surprised at how many people had the same experience, for those wanting the old cleanser i seen some people are selling it on depop that’s where i bought another one :) PLEASE NO7 BRING BACH THE OLD CLEANSER

I though that a hot cloth cleanser would include a cloth but it didn't. The pump action did not work so when I broke it open to get at the cream there wasn't a tube going from the pum action at the top of the bottle to the bottom. Therefore the only way to pump the cream out of the bottle if to hold it upside down

Not only do I not like the new packaging, my skin hates the new formulation. Red, itchy skin after one use, so returned it today. Noticed it no longer says hypoallergenic on the product. Please go back to the original, Boots!
