These wipes used to be amazing but now they are nothing like they were. Quite dry in fact. I wouldn’t buy them again as they aren’t worth the money.

I have been buying No 7 Revitalising Cleansing Wipes for many years. The last two packs (bought as 3 for 2) have not been wet enough to remove mascara let alone makeup if I had been wearing it. So I now have two half used packs. Will the 3rd be similar. They are the new stock in a different colour pack bought from S6 branch. Have I been unfortunate or is this how the wipes will be ?

absolutely gutted boots changed these wipes. No idea why. They used to be perfect; great for taking make up off, not drying, wet enough to do the job. Now they are too dry to even take make up off properply leaving skin sore from all the wiping and leave my skin feeling horrible. They are a total waste of time and i am afraid i will not be buying these again. I will have to try other brands which, to be fair, i can probably find a lot cheaper but i was willing to pay the price when they were worth it.

This product used to be a lot better then it is now they just feel the same as any other wipe on the market and not that good at getting off mascara

Old versions of this wipes much better it was more moist and definitely so easy to remove make up,especially eye makeup. Not sure I will go for second purchase:((( as it's not so cheap for this quality

After having been told that the No 7 Revitalising cleansing wipes I usually buy - and they're the best I've ever used having tried all brands over a period of time - were no longer available to buy in store, but could be ordered on line, I thought I'd try the biodegradable ones and they're still no 7 so bound to be ok right? Wrong! Not a patch on the revitalising originals and not the quality either. I don't know what the cleansing lotion is that these wipes are impregnated with but it's awful. Supposed to remove waterproof eye make-up - it fails miserablyì at removing even ordinary mascara and eyeliner. I had to use a separate cleanser on damp cotton wool for this. I will continue to purchase the original (and best) revitalising wipes on line and collect same in store. I'm just glad I only bought the one pack which will now be relegated to cleaning make up palettes when cleaning out my make up bag. Sorry Boots but these are a definite no-no.

3 for 2 Bargain ??? overpriced waste of money, the opener came apart from the pack on 2 out of three of the ones I purchased. For the price I expect decent packaging, and the product was no better than a pack of baby wipes at 65p. I will never buy these again

Bring back the original, the new version are hard , horrible Smokey fragrances and do not remover your eye makeup . I have been using the original ones for years , Will not be buying again ,

I had great hopes for these, as I am a heavy user of No7's Lift and Luminate products and trust the No7 brand. These are ... terrible. While they do remove some makeup, as other reviewers have noted, the wipes are barely moist at all and drag across the skin. I thought the first wipe in a new package maybe was not the most moist, dug down to the middle, and found that all of the wipes are just as dry. Nothing revitalizing about these. I had to wash my face afterward.

Lost for words. Rushing through to tills with my basket and grabbed a pkt of these wipes. Never noticed price. Had holiday bits in basket so never noticed the cost. But I did on arriving home. Too late to return as holiday next day. What’s so great about them. Nothing. Took them away and was not impressed. Bought Johnson’s today and so much better and costing £1.50.
