Unlike other reviewers this product hasn't burned or stung my skin, it just doesn't work! I've been using it for almost a month, twice a day and it has done nothing to reduce the dark circles under my eyes which it specifically says it is for. For £20 this is ridiculous and I won't be buying this and probably any other No.7 products again.

Have been using this for around 6 weeks. The lines around my eyes are noticeably less visible as are my frown lines. My eyes look less puffy and people have even commented on my skin. (I use the whole range) very pleased indeed.

I don't consider my eye area sensitive. Delicate, yes, as being of a "certain age" but not delicate. Tried this for the first time last night and woke up this morning with very sore and extremely swollen eyes. I look like I've been crying non stop for a whole week. It's very severe. So if you have any doubt whatsoever- steer well clear! If I could give zero stars I would

After over 15 years of satisfactory use of the product, I find the last weeks contents do not leave the tube, it has to be cut open and often lasts for 10 more days! The tube for the facial serum is fantastic for emptying, please please change the tube . I also would like a sunscreen added.

I saw a marked difference within 10 days, then when a friend noticed I didn’t look “so tired” I knew I was on a winner!

I wanted an effective under eye cream for puffiness and dark circles. I'd previously used another brand in the same price range which gave fair results but thought I'd give No 7 a go after seeing it advertised. To put it bluntly, it doesn't work. I haven't noticed an improvement in my dark circles or the puffiness. I would've been better off buying a concealer and my old brand. All I can say is it does moisturise.

Second time around trying a tube of this eye cream that i bought and i remember why i stopped using it the first time now! After using it for a couple of days my eyes have become so sensitive. They sting all day and are a little sensitive to light too. Gong to have to throw this away now unfortunately at it is impossible to use without being in pain all day.

initially i thought this was a bit drying but was away on holiday and did not have the time or patience to find another, seen retinol on the list which usually starts off drying , so i braved it through, i got through that phase, i like this one, nice moisture, no side effects whatsoever. I used to have something twice as expensive and this one works just as well.

I received this for free using a voucher that came with the cosmetics free gift. I’m 34 with the first signs of crows feet which I’m very conscious about. From the first use I noticed a reduction in my lines and after a week I can barely see them at all. I am well and truly converted to this product and can’t wait to try the rest of the range.

I started trying all sorts of lotions and potions when the skin around my eye sockets got so dry it actually turned flaky, it was awful, it itched, looked red and was quite embarrasing. Most products just made it sore and redder. Although I'm only 22 and the eye cream is targeted towards more mature skin I gave it a try and can honestly say it's the best eye cream I've ever used. After a month of using it (and I've still got plenty left) my skin is nice and soft again. I can't really judge the anti wrinkly properties but it's amazing as a moisturiser. The consistency is nice, a little goes a long way and it leaves the skin dewy rather than greasy. It's pricey but definitely worth it!
