I bought this moisturiser just under 2 weeks ago with the night cream and serum.I'm 42 and had some loose skin under chin and on neck due to weight loss about 4 years ago. I had just come back from a very hot Majorca and by face and neck was in a terrible state, very dry and flakey and my neck was wrinkled, loose and irritated. I was so upset that I even looked at surgery options. I thought I would give this cream a try as had nothing to lose. The transformation in my skin is amazing and I am so happy. My skin is looking beautiful, soft, smoother and my neck and chin area have greatly improved, my neck is firmer and more toned. I couldn't be happier and it's still early days. I too have bought this for several years and purchased several pots last month whilst it was on 3 for 2 . What a waste - it used to feel creamy and rich. Now it smells peculiar , is thin and watery and does nothing. No information given about change of formula. Won’t but this product again.

I was looking for a less expensive skin care regime having retired, so gave the Restore and Renew range a try. I was given samples of the day and night creams and the serum and within a few days saw an improvement in my skin - it was smoother and more even toned. I love it and would highly recommend using the full range. One thing I would say is that if I am using foundation I omit the serum under the day cream as I found that was causing the foundation to flake.

I tried this cream in store and subsequently bought it, I have used it for a few days only and it has a great texture for my 47 year old very dry and ageing complexion and it feels lovely when I apply it. BUT ...and it is a huge BUT... all of a sudden I look like ive been to Tenerife for a weeK? Now I would love to embrace the powers of a tiny pot and think it really has restored and renewed me, but i fear i am literally applying something that is 50% fake tan.... and not in a good way.... Would a knowledgable Boots advisor please respond?

New to this product so I don’t know what it was like before. All I can say it’s fabulous stuff I was advised to go to this instead of the protect and perfect advanced as the perfume change was my sensitive skin. For dry dehydrated skin it’s brilliant I was using Clinique but it caused dermatitis! I assumed it was an allergy. This range has cleared it up, moisturised my skin and reduced the appearance of wrinkles. Love it!

Agree with others that the formula is different; it's noticeably heavier and doesn't spread as easily. My biggest grumble is that a pot doesn't last as long as it used to. It takes more product to get the same coverage. I have had no problems at all applying make-up over it. I use a brush and damp sponge for foundation, and if anything I'm getting a better finish. On the whole it's still better than others I have tried, and it still represents good value for money - though not as good as it used to, hence the 4-star rating.

I agree with other reviewers, this leaves a nasty finish on the surface of my skin, with little waxy balls forming rather than the cream being absorbed. Maybe this is supposed to be filling the wrinkles, but it doesn't work for me as it used to and I've been using it for a while.

Have just started using this product and I love it. It sinks into the skin leaving it moist all day. I love the texture of the cream and it doesn't have a strong smell which puts me off. Looking forward to trying the night cream.

I love this moisturiser so much I'm just about to order another jar! I decided to try try it as I was looking for a good neck cream and found it also to be a good face cream so it saves having 2 jars! I love the texture and the smell. It makes my skin feel really good too.

I have very sensitive skin and find this cream a joy to use, its non greasy and my skin seems to glow with health, and its also good value with the high SPF protection.
