First off there's no way this product can make your bags worse, obviously looking at photos over a year period bags will appear worse because you age! This product isn't a miracle bag-remover, it reduces puffiness and redness and hydrates the skin around your eyes, which it does. I use this every night (not during the day-I prefer to use the gel) before moisturising the rest of face. I like how delicate it is on such a delicate area. I use it under my eyes, on my eyes, and on the top on my brow bone as I find it helps to smooth out my skin and reduce the appearance of 'hooded' eyelids. A great little facial number.

I bought this as i started to get get very dark shadows under my eyes and dry and flakey skin around the corner eye area.At the time of writing this I am nearly 31 and pregnant with my 2nd child. I started to be very strict with cleansing toning etc and using the eye cream day and night - it is amazing. Within 3 days there was a marked improvement in my skin - to the point others were commenting on how great my skin was looking. I recommend this product strongly - you only need a small amount.I do think you need to be strict with your skincare as i have now learnt!! The only downside is the pot. It really should be in a tube as the cream gets under your nails, so i end up using a cotton bud to put it on my skin.

I bought this and used intermittently whilst my older (and cheaper and more soothing) eye cream was finishing. I had noticed a bit of redness on one upper eyelid, but thought it might be getting used to the active ingredients'. I as horrified when I came more consistent with using it twice daily (as recommended on the instructions) to try and tackle my dark circles. Over the last bank holiday weekend (just when no pharmacies or GP's are easily available) I used it for two days, twice a day and on the Bank holiday Monday morning woke up with my eye lids and under brow area so red, swollen and itchy I could hardly open my eyes. My partner said I looked like I had lizard eyes. I have spent the last week applying anti-histamine eyes drops and am now starting a GP's prescription of a week of steroid cream on my eyelids to try and reduce the red. flaky and itchy skin - My first experience of eczema in my life. Thank-you No7. I wont trust 'suitable for sensitive skin' labelling again. In fact I will be avoiding no7 for the foreseeable future. Do you know how I get a refund? - the product wasn't cheap.

Used for five days and now can’t wear any make up or apply any cream as the product has burnt the skin under my eye. Left red skin irritation and lumps. Not good at all.  

used this and it burned my skin and made under my eyes go all red and burned a lot. 3 days later and it still burns and my under eyes are still red 

I've noticed the skin around my eyes has improved after using this only a few days, visible results is what we want and this delivers. I've used high end eye serums and creams and this is the best. My fine lines look finer, the skin is smoother and hydrated all day. Make up doesn't cake under my eyes but lasts all day. An eye cream has to make a difference for me to repurchase and I'll definitely be re purchasing this. I haven't got dark circles or puffiness so can't comment how it works for those problems.

I really like this cream, the skin around my eyes is quite sensitive and it doesn't irritate it at all. The leaves the skin feeling smooth and thoroughly moisturised.

After reading reviews i thought I'd give it a try. I have super-sensitive skin (especially eye area) and this cream doesnt irritate them at all. Used for nearly 3 months and notice a huge difference already. Would deffo recommend

I was given this little pot of eye cream from my sister.I t is nice and hydraiting,but the opening to the neck of the pot needs to be wider,olay total effects eye cream has the pot just right.What i do is when near the bottom like the last reviewer said,turn upside down.

I love this product and have just bought my replacement tub, Would recommend this to everyone looking for a little "eye pick me up" it easily absorbs leaving the skin around the eyes feeling soft and smooth. For the ladies with the dilemma on getting all the product from the tub what i done was as i was near the end of the tub i started storing it upside down and believe me you do get every last drop! :)
