I'm so so so upset and disappointed. I have been using this for over a year now, day and night I habitually would apply it delicately to my eyes, and it's only until this morning when I applied it again, that I realised, it's MAKING MY BAGS WORSE!!!!!! I've just gone through my pictures and my eyes bags have got WORSE over the year, presumably from using this cream. £18.00 WASTED! I don't think I'll ever get rid of my bags. I'm SO shocked at how many positive reviews there are - why hasn't it worked on me? :'( The packaging is fine, use your baby finger for Pete's sake!
