I have only been using the new No7 serum for two weeks, and am really delighted with the results already !

Easy to apply, and feels good.

The opening at the top of the pot is far too small. You can only just fit your finger in it vertically and then you get the product under your nails. Most women would like to stroke their finger across the surface of the product and then apply it, not 'poke' it with their finger end and thereby get it uner their nails. Bad ergonomics and product design. Product itself is fine and dandy but this is a real irritant and should have been discovered before the packaging was signed off. I for one will not buy it again because of this; I'm sick of cleaning out my finger nails of the product (and they're not even particularly long)

Firstly, the pot is ridiculous. I have Heberden's nodes on my fingers and last week I actually got my finger joint stuck in the neck of this pot and it is hard to get all the product out. Done on purpose I suspect. If it weren't for for 3 for 2 offers this would not be so good value as the post is much smaller than my other eye cream and I hate the colour and smell of your product.

The cream is great and a nice thick consistency, however I cannot understand why they have produced a pot from which it is impossible to get the contents! The pot is too small to put your finger in to get the cream out. How ridiculous.

Very pleased with product, does what it says on the package, however as several other people have mentioned the package is not great. Unles you have very flexible fingers then it can be difficult to extract any. I have found turning the pot upside down helpful though!

Have to agree with the previous reviewer - I like the product but the packaging is terrible. Having to use your finger to scoop out an eye cream is unhygienic and wasteful (although the skin under my finger nails will never get wrinkles!) Please give us a spatula or better still, a squeezy tube/pump dispenser.

Great product - but suggest the provision of a small spatula would solve the problem of dispensing the product with little waste - far better than a tube which means that if you dispense more than you need you can't put it back !

I'm afraid the inappropriate packaging really lets this product down. The eye cream is fabulous and I would certainly recommend it to anyone, however it's really over shadowed by how awkward the packaging is. I'm amazed it passed and have to doubt it was even tested, surely a tube or tub with wide neck would have been more suitable. The small neck makes it really difficult to get the cream out in small amounts. I get round this by using a cotton bud but it irritates me every day when I come to use it. A shame really as the cream is fantastic. Hope the package designers can see fit to make the change in the future.
