i love the product but was surprised by the jars design its quite deep but without a small 'dipper' to remove and apply it with. i normally use estee lauders advanced eye repair but wanted to try this range to see what all the fuss was about..... the products in it do work extreemly well but the jar has put me off somewhat

after reading all the great reviews i tried this cream, 2 months on and no difference what so ever. loreal is much more effective and wish i spent the cash on that instead.

A great eye cream which doesn't feel heavy and gloopy like some of the others I've tried. Crows feet have softened and even stubborn lines I had under my eyes have really plumped up, although not completely disappeared (but I hope one day!!). Really pleased with results. The only downer is the pot it comes in, I was lucky to have a mini spatula at home, perhaps putting one in box would be nice idea?? All we need now is P & P cleanser & toner to complete routine - any plans Boots team??

I have been using this cream for 3 weeks now and can already see the results. It has brightened up my skin and my fine lines are fading. I have read nearly everyone elses review about the pot the cream comes in, yes I agree, the pot is disappointing. So I have resorted to a q-tip, it does the trick but would like this in a tube.

I find the product good but the design of the jar is absolutely useless with the narrow neck. Surely a normal round neck would be far more effective. You cannot get to the product around the sides!!! Bad design.

Nice product, rubbish packaging. Its not a cheap product but the pot is cheap plastic and you cant get the product out!! Very disappointed, when i get to half way down i dont know how i will get the rest out!!

Great product but have to agree with others the pot is so fiddly. Ok to get cream out now as still near enough to the top of the pot to reach - but I am wondering what happens when it gets over half way??

I have to say how good this product is,it has noticeably reduced the lines around my eyes and dealt very nicely with the puffiness too. I find that a small amount is all that I need to give a good result and this product is as good as others that are much more expensive. 10 out of 10 from me on Protect and Perfect Eye Cream.

I purchased this around New Year, shortly after a nasty bout of flu which had left my skin looking really dehydrated, particularly around the eyes. Eye creams I had tried in the past had made no noticeable difference, so I decided to give this one a try. I was very happy with the results. Within a few days of using product, my eyes looked fresher than they had done even before catching flu! My only complaint is the packaging... I've resorted to cutting the nail on my left pinkie finger really short, just so I can get the cream out of its pot! The neck of the pot needs to be wider so the cream can be removed with the flat of the finger.

Agree with the other reviewers. The freebie I initally got came in a tube, much more hygienic too, especially for eye area. Please please bring it out in a tube in a new Intense version!!
