I have always used Clinique eye products having sensitive skin around the eye area so was a little apprehensive about using a new product. However, after using No 7 P&P for the first time with no adverse reaction, am pleased so far. As I've only been using it for a few days it's too early to tell if its going to make any difference to my lines and bags, but I'm hopeful! Now for the packaging - HOW ON EARTH are you supposed to get to the product! What a ridiculous little pot, why not put it in a pot with straight sides and a wide top (like Clinique's eye cream). I had a free sample of the P&P night cream and day cream, both in similarly silly little pots and thought these were badly designed and just for the free samples, but obviously not. PLEASE, PLEASE Boots redesign these pots or I will have to reluctantly go back to Clinique. 4 stars so far for the product and none for the design of the pot. Would recommend to a friend but warn them about the pot!

I bought this eye cream a few weeks ago and whilst I am very happy with it and I would buy it again, I will only do it if they change the pot! It's so badly designed that you can't hardly get the cream out, half of it ends up under your nail and I have to keep mine upside down at all times to be able to reach the cream inside. Please change that pot. This is the reason why I am only giving this product 3 stars instead of 5.

I disagree with other reviewers who say this should be in a tube! The pot is best as you can get every last scrap out of it, with a tube you always end up throwing a lot of product away as you just can't squeeze it all out! the product is great and works, so i want to be able to use every last drop of it!!

The eye cream is lovely. But the little pot it^s in is terrible. The opening is so narrow you just get a nail full of cream. Why did^t they put it in a small squeezable tube, like other eye creams are in.

I've started using protect and perfect eye cream one week back. I can say it is a good product as an eye cream. I used so many creams with different and some are famous brands for that area, however, either it takes long time for other creams to be effective or there is no effect. The result is so clear and from the first few time of using it. I LIKE IT.

For years ive hated my skin and more to the point my eyes, ive always had very bad dark circles and irritable eyes, ive tried so many eye creams and methods to try and improve the look of them but never seemed to get a result ive wanted, i then decided to buy No.7 protect and perfect eye cream and its truly fabulous!! I recommend it to everyone! i now use the whole range day and night religiously! The wash, the scrub, then the serum, then the anti aging balm then the eye cream! and Im 18!!!! and still hoping to look 18 in 10 years time!! buy these products!

I now live in France amongst all the expensive big names in skin care and make-up but I have found nothing to compare with this entire range. I have to arrange to have it posted to me but it is worth it, I would recommend it to anyone

I first tried the No7 eye cream when it was in one of the Fantastic Free Gift bags that are frequently on offer with purchases of No7 ranges. The usual tired look around my eye area,was replaced with a more livlier look. A must have at a price you can afford. A real eye opener!

This is fantastic, shame about the ridiculous pot. Difficult to get cream out even with spatula. Badly designed lid. Please put in hygenic tube which is easier to squeeze or pump pot. Great product though
